- Seller Listings: Sellers agree to provide accurate and complete information about their machines, including specifications, condition, and images. The location (town and country) of the Sellers will be displayed on the website and visible to website visitors.
- Buyer Information: Buyers agree that their contact details (name, phone number, town, country, and email address) may be passed on to the Sellers. This information will not be visible to other website visitors.
- Fees and Payments: Sellers pay a non-refundable fee to advertise their machine on our website. The advertisement duration is 1-3 months, depending on the package selected, with the possibility of extension at our discretion.
- Sale Notification: Sellers agree to inform us once their machine is sold. We may display a “SOLD” sign on the advertisement for an additional month or remove the advertisement, at our discretion.
- Content Guidelines: Sellers agree not to post any inappropriate images or text in their advertisements. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our guidelines.
- Role of the Platform: We act solely as a platform for displaying Seller advertisements. All negotiations and transactions are directly between the Sellers and the Buyers. We are not responsible for the authenticity, quality, or legality of the products sold.
- Invoices: Sellers will receive a VAT invoice for the listing fee.
General Terms
- Privacy: All users must agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines the collection, use, and protection of personal information.
- Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the website.
- Liability Limitation: We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
- Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buy and Sell Lasers, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service.
