Use of the Platform
Seller Listings
- Sellers must provide accurate and complete information, including condition, specifications, and images.
- The Seller’s location (town and country) will be publicly visible.
Buyer Information
- Buyers agree that their contact details (name, phone number, town, country, email) may be shared with Sellers.
- This information is not visible to the public.
Fees & Payments
- Listings require a non-refundable advertising fee.
- Listings run for 1–3 months depending on the package selected.
- Extensions may be granted at our discretion.
Sale Notification
Sellers must notify us once their machine is sold. We may display a “SOLD” badge for an additional month or remove the listing completely.
Content Guidelines
Sellers must avoid inappropriate images or text. We may remove listings that violate our standards.
Role of the Platform
We act solely as a listing platform. All negotiations and transactions are strictly between Buyers and Sellers. We are not responsible for authenticity, quality, legality, or condition of items posted.
Invoices
Sellers will receive a VAT invoice for advertising fees.
General Terms
Privacy
All users must agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal information is collected and used.
Modification of Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
Liability Limitation
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
